My XXXX XXXX XXXX Bank of America Debit Card account was charged fraudulently 32 times for XXXX cents each paid to XXXX on or around XX/XX/2021. The debit card has always been in my possession. All charges to XXXX were not made or authorized by me : upon noticing multiple XXXX cent debits to XXXX i called number on back of the card & told the BofA rep about all of these small XXXX cent debits to XXXX. The representative told me not to worry, as other customers had been calling about the same XXXX issue and that BofA was aware of the breach? The rep told me to contact XXXX and see what they say - 12, days later XXXX sent a boilerplate reply they had no record of the charges?? called BofA back after XXXX said no record found on their end. The rep told me Id hear back within 10 days. And not to worry BofA was aware of the problem and that based on other customers also defrauded with same small XXXX charges that I could expect a refund same as the others, just needed to wait out the process she said : : ..2, weeks later, I received a letter from Bank of America denying refund. They said they had investigated and determined my debit card was used by me? That is not true. And insulting to boot. Also, between my initial call to BofA and charged my account another 9 times for $ XXXX also to XXXX. On the last call with BofA the rep apologized, said she needed to cancel the card and send me a new card. She said the previous rep shouldve cancelled the card when I called first time and told to contact XXXX. XXXX apparently doesnt have any phone support number - so i sent them a message on their support page the finally replied weeks later they had no record of the charges?
