The complaint is with Amazon store card, Synchony Bank. I reported that somebody has charged over {$500.00} on my card. They started an investagation and cancaled the card. Then they sent me another one. This was 2 months ago they said that I wasn't responsable for the charges. Then over 60 days later they sent me an overdue bill for {$350.00} so I called them and said that you didnt finish the fraud charges and I recieved overdue another bill. I did not make the charges.They need to find out who did it and stop hounding me for it. I did not make the Amazon charges.
