Synchrony Bank is engaging in communication tactics and not resolving a billing dispute. They are not answering my emails. The email given on a letter of XX/XX/21 was XXXX which I have contacted many times without a response. They know it is a delivery issue but they are deliberately not pursuing that in their investigation and producing voluminous evidence that doesn't relate.. They are using another Synchrony Credit Card ( TjX Rewards ) which I have used for many years to harass me about the bill/dispute in question on the Synchrony Lowes Credit Card XXXX Account ending XXXX ). I purchased a refrigerator from Lowes ( Lowe 's Synchrony credit card ) and it was delivered extensively damaging the house wall and the refrigerator handle. I was told to not contact the store but the delivery people. The delivery people said to contact the store. I set many appointments ( at least 4 ) to have the areas fixed but no one ever showed up causing my renter to incur accumulated lost work time and pay as well as causing the problem to continue.
