I originally purchased an airline ticket through Chase XXXX rewards for a flight on XX/XX/XXXX. I used XXXX points, equivalent to {$470.00}. Because of covid, the flight was cancelled and a voucher was given. This voucher was used to purchase a flight for XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX cancelled the flight day of and put us on a flight for XX/XX/XXXX which was again cancelled day of. I contacted Chase XXXX multiple times between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Each time, I was assured that the XXXX points would be refunded and that I needed to wait a certain amount of time, from two billing cycles to 3 days. Each time the deadline passed I would call and be assured again that the points would be refunded. It has now been over 3 months and XXXX hours on the phone with Chase and I still have not been refunded the points. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I was told again to wait XXXX hours because their refund system was down. This is the second time I have heard this excuse.
