On XX/XX/2021, I made a purchase in which the seller claimed they sent me items I paid for more than a month. I filed a claim with PayPal Credit and was informed that I have a credit in the amount of {$540.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted PayPal Credit and they had me jumping through hoops to get my money back. I spoke to a manager, who identified himself as XXXX. He informed me that I had to provide a number for him to send me a link for verification. I provided him the number. Then he said that I would have to take a video of myself before I could get my money. This is the most ridiculous process for anyone to get his/her money back. I should not have to be subjected to taking videos of myself to get what is owed. I demand that they credit a better system for account/identity verifications. This process is quite invasive and draconian.
