I feel that this account is adversely affecting my credit report and costing me thousands of dollars in interest every year, this is not a regular dispute I will be seeking to file a complaint with the FTC and XXXX if this account is not deleted off my consumer report and to my knowledge, I do not recall any of these accounts. I need this problem fixed ASAP. I demand this account to be deleted immediately or I will file for litigation due to the stress you caused me. Section XXXX ( a ) it is plainly stated it is plainly stated a failure to investigate these items to immediately remove this item from my credit report. Follow the orders on my cease and desist if not able delete this account immediately.
