I filed bankruptcy in XXXX. My house was not included and I have never missed a payment. My mortgage was sold to Select Portfolio Services in XXXX. In XXXX I noticed my mortgage payments were not being reported to the credit bureau. I contacted Select Portfolio Services and advised them of the situation and that my bankruptcy paper work shows the house was retained. I was told by the representative that since my social security was associated with a bankruptcy, the information must remain on my file for the life of the loan, because it is a Select Portfolio Service policy. I have copies of my payments to Select Portfolio Service that date back to XX/XX/XXXX.
