In XX/XX/2021, I voluntarily paid SYNCB chargeoff account XXXX in full. Since then, I have contacted SYNCB in vain on numerous occasions requesting that they either update their inaccurate data ( chargeoff status still remains ) or delete the account ( it is now paid in full ) that is currently reporting collection/chargeoff to the credit bureaus. Not only has SYNCB refused to update the erroneous information reporting, SYNCB has consistently verified to the credit bureaus since XX/XX/2021, that their reporting is accurate. As of today 's filing, the status of the now paid in full account, is blatantly reporting as a chargeoff. This is done to intentionally suppress an individuals credit scoring. As stated above, I voluntarily paid this account in full in XX/XX/2021 and I have not had a negative payment history in years. Unfortunately, SYNCB is currently intentionally disguising this mischaracterized account to the credit bureaus to imitate the account as if it is a recent negative chargeoff acount that commenced 5 months ago. This is also done to intentionally suppress an individuals credit scoring. It is my belief that SYNCB is intentionally reporting this disguised, mischaracterized account ( status : chargeoff ) to the credit bureaus in retaliation for my many disputes sent to the CFPB and State AGs office regarding their privacy policy noncompliance over the last 3+ years. SYNCBs intentional infliction of emotional distress, deception, negligence and retaliation, has caused me tremendous stress, credit card denials, credit line increase denials, and missed business opportunities. SYNCB owed me a duty of extreme care to properly investigate and only report accurate credit information to the credit bureaus. SYNCB has failed to meet this required standard of care.
