I opened a previous complaint about this issue, XXXX. After contacting the company in XXXX that owns the cafe 's on the ferries, it was determined that I was wrong about the charge. It was apparently not from a purchase in a cafe. As I continued to dig I uncovered more information. First, thank you for contacting CITI Bank. Only after they received your notice of my complaint did they actually do something to help. They obtained a copy of the receipt and shared that with me. The signature on that receipt is not mine. I will upload the email correspondence with the cafe parent company and my correspondence with Citi Bank as this matter unfolded. Citi has once again closed this case and consider this to be my responsibility. Whereas before I was concerned about being grossly overcharged, now I am fairly certain this was a fraudulent charge made without my knowledge.
