My XXXX Bank of America debit card was hacked and someone withdrew a total of {$4500.00} in a span of a week on XX/XX/2021. I called the banks fraud department hotline to report what happened and was advised to file a police report to help back up my claim. I filed a report with my local sherrifs office and faxed it to bank 's fraud department. On XXXX XXXX XXXX1 i received a letter from Bank of America saying the case was resolved and no wrong doing occured in my account. I am upset and in a difficult situation with no help in sight. Bank of America failed to secure my XXXX debit card, making it vulnerable.
