BANK OF AMERICA has just taken an adverse action which is prohibited pursuant 12 cfr 1026.13 by reporting that I have utilized a false amount of my credit.They have not validated any alleged debt or responded to any of the documents I have sent or requested.they have also not responded to my affidavit or provide any evidence to support any alleged debt they claim I owe.have notified them of multiple billing errors pursuant to 12 CFR 1026.13 and TILA regulation Z. I have audited them requesting certain documentation and a full file disclosure both public and private pursuant to 15 usc 1681g, 15 usc 44 and irs publication 583 to further clarify and address my billing errors and see how much is really owed.adverse actions are prohibited pursuant to 12 cfr 1026.13 while Im in an ongoing billing error status and any creditor who takes an adverse action forfeits all rights to collect on the disputed amount and makes themselves subject to civil liability pursuant to 15 usc 1693m.theyre failure to also provide the requested documentation make them liable for criminal liability as well pursuant to 15 usc 1693n.
