Hi, I ordered an item from XXXX XXXX online store on XX/XX/2021, when I placed the order it appeared the item should delivery on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I got an email about shipping information from XXXX XXXX. At the same day I was charged the item 's amount {$43.00} to my chase credit card. And then this amount was changed to " the last statement '', I could not did dispute by myself through Chase online bank. From that time to now, XX/XX/XXXX, I did not receive the item, the delivery dates were changed 3 times by XXXX XXXX, and I used the tracking no to check the shipping status, the item never shipped out! I tried to contact XXXX XXXX for cancel this order, but XXXX XXXX refused my request. Then I had to contact Chase to dispute this amount through Chase online bank 's secure message about XX/XX/XXXX, in this message I told them what happened and attached the screenshot of XXXX tracking information ( XXXX did not pick up the item ), they reply to me that I need wait one week for update. After one week, yesterday, I sent secure message to ask for this case 's update, today they reply me that they asked for me to call the disputed department 's phone no.! I got a bad experience from Chase credit card customer service! If they need I to call the dispute No., why they could not tell me when I contacted them first time. why they told me to wait for one week?
