I signed closing documents with XXXX they are refusing to fund my loan after closing because the loan officer that started the loan is no longer with them. they are holding my loan hostage after the 3 day rescission period because they want documents corrected AFTER I signed closing documents because the loan officer is no longer employed with them. this is causing me additional time, money and will cause my mortgage payment to be late with my current lender because they will not send the payoff
