RE : Citibank, N.AXXXX, XXXX South Corporate Place, XXXX XXXX, SD XXXX CitiBank Costo Card My account closed in XXXX of 2021. I need my statements for the XXXX XXXX. I originally called for my statements on XX/XX/XXXX21. The rep stated it would take 14 days. I called 15 days later and the rep stated it would take 30 days from the original call. Now when I call to get a letter or email to show the XXXX XXXX the extended timeframe the XXXX department for Citibank states they can not share that and stated it can take 30-60 days to receive a statement. This is delaying my XXXX and may cause XXXX XXXX if I do not provide the statements. The reps will not allow me to speak to supervisor. Every time we call the supervisors are " busy '' and will be 30-60 mins to speak with someone. The reps do not allow us to hold.
