I applied for the Chase XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card on XX/XX/XXXX. On this day, there was a banner above the application that read : " Apply by XX/XX/XXXX and receive XXXX XXXX XXXX credits for each night you stay from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. '' ( see attached image ) I was approved for this card on XX/XX/XXXX. I called to confirm this benefit, as I had applied by " Apply by '' date, and the Chase representative told me that I will not receive this benefit, as I was not approved until after the deadline. Please note, the wording does not have a deadline for approval. It just has a deadline for applying. Chase confirmed with me another time on the phone that I will not be receiving this benefit for this reason. I then took the issue up with XXXX, who contacted Chase, and I received an email confirming their stance. ( see attached PDF ) I believe that they're intentionally misinterpreting the wording on their offer. I was going to use this offer with my booked XXXX stays to achieve XXXX XXXX status this year, which XXXX XXXX XXXX values at {$4900.00} ( see link below ), so I believe this is what Chase has effectively cheated me out of. link for value of night credits : XXXX XXXX XXXX
