Hi my name is XXXX XXXX and I was a customer of Best Buy/CitiGroup when I opened my account I called their representative to set up auto pay and asked what amount should be automatically take out of my bank account the representative calculated and said X amount of dollars I paid more than what was told, so I was set up for auto pay 3 months later I purchased another TV and continued making payments, now almost 3 years later they send me a outrageous interest fee stating that the money I was paying only was going toward 1 TV and not the other ( which I wasnt informed until today ) and when I spoke with the agent ( XXXX team XXXX XXXX ) she apologized and said that the representative may have miss calculated and that since I was enrolled in paper less I shouldve seen where the money was being placed ( like I would know what Im looking at ) and she even admitted that the only way I wouldve know is if I knew the verbiage in the statement, this practice is very deceptive and unfair for the consumer its a trap I have multiple credit cards and never hav I had a issue like this, if you could please look over this matter for me, Thanks
