Well, I have credit protection on two credit cards handled by the same financial service, but the cards are from two issuing banks. I have been affected by this COVID-19 and the cost soaring living prices due to the bottlenecking problems going on. Now, I am on XXXX, and these card issuers and this financial service company will not process my credit protection from the state of being of the Covid19 and COLA. As XXXX, SS, and SSI recipients, we didn't get any additional increases, only that of which is an average increase. Continental Financial Services , Inc., is the financial company, had denied me the credit protection I paid for due to being on XXXX before I filed for the credit protection hardships I am now experiencing ; I closed both of the cards out because the Continental Finances Service have denied me the right to these hardships I now face. The effects started happening at least six months ago ; I believe it was, and I contacted them when I began experiencing problems maintaining my bills. Continental Finance has been reporting this as of late payments and ruining my credit history of rebuilding my credit for the past two years with exceptional payment history. I was and had been searching for a personal loan. But because of them reporting as of late, payments are ruining any chances of me achieving my goal of this personal loan to pay off all my creditors and owe one loan with one creditor instead of the twelve open accounts. I had a company that sent me an RSVP of this loan I have been seeking. Still, my credit scores had plummeted to the lower XXXX when they used to be in the XXXX range with an outstanding payments history of not missing any payments before the Financial overseer of those two cards in question. The conversations with the financial company were by phone, and they insisted on ruining my credit by the denial of something I paid for and due to hardships. I have disputed this with all three credit bureaus and have constantly been redisputing. Contacting you for help with the shenanigans they persist with reporting delinquent payments has come to this. Now they plan on doing a charge of which will permanently affect my credit. However, I have XXXX XXXX due to natural causes of my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am losing sleep over this matter, I haven't been eating, and I am concerned beyond belief. I've told them my intention of filing this complaint along with going to the XXXX and lodging a complaint there as well. So, here I am doing as I have constantly assured them in doing so. I would appreciate it wholeheartedly if you could assist me in this matter. One other thing : they have turned this over at one time with a collection company in which I had a phone conversation. They did not know me trying to get them to implement the credit protection I paid for on both cards in the same financial service company. So the collections company had turned this case around and filed their dispute because they didn't know of me filing for the credit protection to be implemented. They also had no knowledge of me disputing this with the credit bureaus as well. I am sorry. However, I have no documentation because all the communications were done via phone and online communications. They also send deceiving emails filing under other credit cards. I assume they finance as well. That along makes me so angry, and I am distraught because of such matters. I have filed already for the credit protections I paid for with one of the other credit card companies, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, and they indeed were more than willing to implement the insurance for the next twelve months at least. I never intended any of this to happen, and I diligently maintained my agreements with all my creditors outside of closing the two cards out, which did have balances on them, but saw no other way to stop these ludicrous actions the financial company in question.
