The package has been delivered but arrived are not on time and not needed anymore. So I requesting for refund. I contacted purchasing agent directly to get shipping confirmation after ordering on XX/XX/2021. But purchasing agent did not give response. Until XX/XX/2021 The purchasing agent told the buyer the required shipping fee, so I then remit {$300.00} immediately, which is not enough, then increase the remittance {$200.00}. {$6.00} and {$9.00} are international fees. Total items and fees is now {$780.00}. The buyer contacted the purchasing agent on XX/XX/2021 for shipping details. I requested a refund if not shipped yet on XX/XX/2021 at XXXX AM. Contacted conversations included in separate page. On XX/XX/2021 XXXX AM the " XXXX '' of agent purchasing said : " already shipping, tracking number : XXXX ''. In fact, the package is not shipped at this time. According to the agent purchasing tracking system, it shows : " Document Clerk : XXXX XXXX, the printer Clerk, is delivering the package for you. '' it is XX/XX/2021 at XXXX AM. Until XX/XX/2021 at XXXX PM, the agent purchasing tracking system showed " Your package has been shipped from Panli and it be expected to arrive within XXXX working days I called the customer service of Bank of America as early as XX/XX/2021 in the morning, requesting the bank to investigate the transaction that the buyer requested to cancel due to the deliberate delay of purchasing agent, and return the mandatory transaction payment. The package has been delivered to the buyer 's address on the afternoon of XX/XX/2021. The package has not been opened because the scheduled holiday performance time has been missed. I am waiting the purchasing agent to provide a return label and address of their warehouse to return the package. The decision not to refund is unfair to the buyer, so the next step is to take legal action.
