I was supposed to receive a refund in the amount of {$570.00} on my gift card and they blocked my card. I am supposed to send proof of purchase so they can unblock the card. I made many tries to contact amd they are rude, some do not help. They said they would send me a email so i can submit the purchase so they can release the money. They never sent me anything. I spoke with the cardholder bank, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and they do not bother to help fast. My card is about to expire and they are not helping
