According to Wakefield and associates a debt for XXXX XXXX gym was reported under my name claiming to have a gym membership back in 2018. I have no relation to this membership, I did not sign up for this membership, I did not authorize any kind of reoccurring subscription. This debt that was sent to collections under my name and social security is affecting my credit score tremendously, and my ability to be approved to live somewhere. Im doing everything I can to have it removed and nothing seems to work. Its become very challenging to have this used against me and the very last thing I want to do is pay a debt that I did not create and have something false on my credit report for 7 years. Please inform me of anything I can do.
