XX/XX/XXXX i received an ach deposit to an closed account with chase bank i called XX/XX/XXXX to have the funds rerouted to my open account I was instructed by chase specialist over the phone to go into a branch and verify my identity so the funds can be rerouted. I go in the chase bank in XXXX, Mi on XXXX XXXX XXXX and they tell me I have to wait XXXX days before I even know what they are gon na do with the funds.No one at the chase branch or the customer service over the phone can help me
