I had a few charges from XXXX on my ATM and Etrade put a block on my checking account. I called them to let them know that I made those charges and that they were not fraudulent after I received an email that my account had been blocked. I have spent literally XXXX hours on the phone with them today and they never resolve my problem. When I asked for the account to be closed, once they said it couldn't be closed at this time ad XXXX other times they just hung up on me. I have literally waited on hold for an hour at a time, without any resolution. I have asked to speak with a supervisor numerous times and none was provided. They are sitting on my {$8000.00} without me having any access to my funds or without any resolution. I have done business with Etrade, for XXXX years.
