Charges were made on my credit card in Wisconsin supposedly on a credit card. I live in XXXX Utah not Wisconsin. On the day of the transaction I was in XXXX, Utah. I have submitted proof to Chase with several documents that I was in fact in Utah, one of these documents was Notorized by my Credit union stating I was in their Branch on the day of the transaction. Another proof was a letter by my barber stating I was getting a haircut on the day of the transaction. As I stated to them how could I get to Wisconsin, make purchases and get back home on the day of the transaction. The purchases were made at a XXXX and a XXXX. As I told them why would I shop at these stores in Wisconsin when we have them both locally.I have sent this information to them twice and they still say I purchased them. Now they have reported to you as a delinquent and passed due account and my credit score is suffering.
