Consumer Narrative
Ive been trying to get my {$4000.00} back for the past year and a half with no progress. XXXX XXXX refuses to help their customers and I have all the chat logs from them. Basically I deposited money and when I went to cancel it, I could not get it back. Ive already filed a complaint to my bank because I thought thats where the issue was but after their research it turns out the trace number I received from XXXX XXXX did not match anything.
