Around XXXX XXXX we started with not being to use our emails. Then we got charges on our Chase account that were not ours. Then we lost telephone service and internet service. When I spoke with XXXX, they said we were hacked. they gave us a phone # off the person who hacked our account. They said this person changed our passwords. XXXX XXXX XXXX. I dont know this number. We just got a bill from XXXX for XXXX plus dollars. on a XXXX card. We dont have a credit card from costco XXXX We have numerous password lost. If there is more info I cant remember right now.
