On XX/XX/2021 I purchased a hotel room through XXXX for XXXX nights between XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX AZ. The hotel advertisement on their own web site and the XXXX line description clearly states the rooms have wifi. Well, our room didn't have WiFi. I approached the staff on site and they said that is a known issue and they are willing to give me credit for {$15.00} per night for the inconvenience. The hotel staff explained to me since I had booked through a third party, the credit would come through the third party credit ( from XXXX XXXX ). After I failed to see the credit on my credit card statement, I contacted XXXX XXXX multiple time and they didn't help me. Furthermore, I disputed with CitiXXXX and they also sided with the vendor. I am asking for a credit of {$45.00} that is due to me. The hotel has to reimburse XXXX but sandwiched between large companies, I feel hopeless.
