Your company incorrectly reported the months of XX/XX/2021 and XX/XX/2021 as 30 days late to the Credit Bureau. Your representatives stated that the Forbearance program that I was under due to XXXX hardship had ended. She said the program had ended and my only option was a loan modification program. I promptly completed and submitted that application for your review. I called weekly for an update on the process and requested documentation ( a reference number or submission number ) for which I was told there was no documentation and no decision had been made. I finally spoke with XXXX on XXXX who told me a decision was made on my account on XXXX to place me back in the same Forbearance program that I had been told had ended. Meanwhile, while waiting as instructed for a decision about the direction on my mortgage account your company reported my mortgage as 30 days late twice. This is patently unfair and is negatively impacting my credit account which was protected in the Forbearance program. Im writing to have you correct the two 30-day late payments with the Credit Bureaus as that was not my fault for nonpayment.
