During this PANDEMIC PERIOD I tried to explain my hardship situation to the different SPS customer services agents and different letters I sent and Only received the notification of received general acknowledgments From XXXX XXXX, and XXXX Beside that I paid the amounts to qualify for the deferral agreement which was signed until XXXX.
