I've spent XXXX hours with Bank of America with no solution. At XXXX lastnight, my account was positive and this morning I get hit with an overdraft fee. A merchant charge came through in which I did not authorize as well. I simply asked for a courtesy fee of XXXX to be credited since Bank of America XXXX are deceitful and leading the customer believing their account is fine. I also verified with the supervisor that my account has never been in overdraft and they still would not provide a courtesy credit in which the branch confirmed they could since I have always been in good standing. I was hung up on by another supervisor and repeated myself several times. Bank of America does not care about their customers. I do have documentation as well that I will be mailing to their NC office.
