I filed a dispute on XX/XX/2021 for atm cash not dispensed at a non-chase atm in the amount XXXX {$3900.00}, I reached out to chase and they stated they would do a investigation and it can take up to XXXX business days for a verdict. On XX/XX/2021 i received a notice in my app that my claim was denied and the reason was they stated " the transaction was processed according to the information you provided or was authorized ". On XX/XX/2021 I reached out to chase for documentation and to understand how they reviewed XXXX transactions in XXXX day and contacted the atm operator on my behalf which i have the right under XXXX XXXX and them being fdic insured, the first representative stated she did not understand why and forwarded to her supervisor by the name of XXXX, Speaking with XXXX she placed me on hold to review my account and she came back on the line and stated the backend claim team denied it because we cant prove you did not get the money, I asked for supporting documents thinking they reached out to the atm on my behalf but they never provided any supporting documents from the atm and made me conclude that they did not do an investigation and simply denied me because they did not want to do an investigation and to save them time and money which is unfair to me. I asked XXXX to review the charges again and to do a thorough investigation she refused and was not helpful or concerning when a customer is out of {$3900.00} and there was never even a investigation or reconciliation of the non chase atm. I do not get how you deny a claim on a atm that is not yours and you never reach out to the atm on my behalf or have any supporting documents, they basically said your lying and we do not care about you but never had any substantial evidence.
