Loan XXXX quotes us a refi on Friday XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX in closing costs, today XX/XX/XXXX he emails a different sheet with over XXXX in closing costs, XXXX XXXX. If I did that in my biz I would be fined and suspended by XXXX. How do closing costs go up XXXX grand plus over the weekend? XXXX should be fined for this kind of conduct. I have wasted time and a credit inquiry and am now outside the XXXX day period for all mortgage inquiries to count as XXXX What makes it worse is he sent me an email at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I'm reaching out to follow up on your loan refinance, can you confirm your feedback on the email i sent you Friday?
