I have a Costco Citi card, and my issue is with them. On XX/XX/2021 I paid for vehicle repairs at XXXX 's XXXX and XXXX in XXXX, MN. Work was done on the specified part, but additional damage was caused and noted immediately after the vehicle was picked up. After taking the vehicle back to XXXX 's and receiving a bill for additional services in excess of the original repair, I contacted Citi to file a dispute. After submitting all of the required documents plus supplementary documents and a written statement, the XXXX assigned to the case closed it without contacting the merchant or myself, stating that I was responsible for the charge. Multiple times I contacted the dispute department requesting that the case be looked at again, and every time I was told that a message was sent to the XXXX or the leadership team of the investigators, but again was never contacted. Two months later and I am still being told the same story. " Notes have been sent to the XXXX '', " we just have to be patient '', " we have no way of resolving this at this level and need to wait '' and many other of the standard phrases you hear from customer service. My vehicle was damaged by an auto shop, Citi says that I am responsible, and I don't feel like anybody is listening.
