On XX/XX/2021, I attempted to purchases 100 " stamps '' through J-Pay, a company that provides electronic messaging between individuals who are incarcerated and those in the free world. There contact information can be found here : https : //www.jpay.com/ContactInfo.aspx Instead of processing my order for 100 " stamps '' for me to communicate with people in XXXX XXXX XXXX facilities ( which is what the page specifically stated when I placed the order ), they instead added 100 stamps to my account to contact people in XXXX XXXX XXXX system. I have attempted numerous calls to their customer service line ( which states they will provide support XXXX ), but I have not been able to contact a single individual and their automated system does not provide prompts related to this issue. Not only have they failed to resolve this issue, but they have also failed to respond to my email inquiry as to why they charge more money for stamps required to contact people in Florida 's prison system compared to stamps for people in Michigan 's prison system.
