My XXXX debit card was stolen off my couch while Was in my bathroom. When I couldn't find it I called in for a new card never recieved it. So Bank of America did emergency XXXX XXXX. The second replacement ordered I still had yet to recieve. By XXXX I called in yet again to find that charges adding up to {$2000.00} from XXXX. I disputed these charges and waited XXXX days they had reimbursed me for XXXX charge of {$34.00} but when I asked about the rest was told there were no other disputes. Which is inaccurate because the {$34.00} was apart of the charges between XXXX but I disputed them all again anyways. They got denied and now when I call I never get through it get hung up on.
