I deposited a check for {$13000.00} and chase decided to put my check on hold for an indefinite amount of time. I already checked with the maker bank ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ), and they have cleared the check as was the money was already taken out of the account. Regardless of all of these information and a very lengthy hold time by chase, XXXX hours & several hang ups, chase decided they wont do anything to help my cause and continued to antagonize me by ignoring my plea for an expedite. Now i am currently in a financial bind because this bank decided they can torture people by withholding my own money from myself.
