Consumer Narrative

This complaint is against Bank of America.. Reason is they closed my Checking/Savings account on XX/XX/XXXX. I opened the account on XX/XX/XXXX with BOA ... I opened checking with cash of {$60.00}, I also opened Savings at the time with the amount of {$100.00} in cash..On XX/XX/XXXX I went to BOA in person to a cashier on the inside..I depostied {$480.00} into my Checking account with cash ... Everything was going good until I started transferring money from my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account to my BOA account through XXXX... Which I was allowed to do, I even varied with both bank before I started it..My first transaction from my XXXX was on XX/XX/XXXX for {$100.00} into my checking account, on the XXXX of XXXX I sent another deposit into my checking once again..for the amount of {$150.00} ... I started transferring money this way because I was tired of having to drive all the way across town plus I was dealing with medical issues at this time..Anyway ... I should not be penalized because i was using the services that were available to me... They stated on the phone when I have called the Risk number multiple times way to many to count they said the bank stated that they couldn't prove it the money was mine ... Which it was as I have stated... I will attach the proof once I am allowed to ... When I have called numerous times also they said I was not allowed to submit my own paperwork showing proof that is was my money ... Let alone that should not matter if someone gave me to get by at the time... But anyways I received money from a lawsuit and also from back XXXX told BOA I was going to put money into that account when I received my money... Which I received them in XXXX and XXXX... I had over {$130000.00} in my NF account ... Which is none of BOA 's business what money was in my NF account at that time XXXX At they need to worry is that money cleared my account... Or at least call me and ask for proof..Which they did not nor did they let me submit my proof or information after they closed my account... I was told over the phone that they will do " Their own investigation '' as they see fit ... I have been dealing with this since XXXX of this year... I have not received a decision or my money back from them ... which they stated I would receive in XXXX days ... Now it has been 7 months ... This is total... XXXX.. I need your help please...
