Consumer Narrative
I owe about XXXX on my Best Buy ( citi bank ) card. When promos ended, my bill doubled and so did interest. When I saw the bill, I called and I tried to get them to lower the interest rate and guy said cant do I told him I am having financial hardship and said cant do anything. They keep sending me letters telling me to call to see what offer they make instead of telling what kind offer they are making in the letters. I am still having financial hardship and I am also having medical issues. So I cant pay the bill. Now they are making threats to send to collections.
