I have the receipt which was sent to me from XXXX documenting the account debt was settled and the remaining balance was paid in full. I spoke with a supervisor at XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX who reported that upon looking at my account on this date, it showed NO BALANCE. I have my most recent credit report from XXXX showing that XXXX is still reporting a balance of {$6200.00}, however accurate information has been reported to XXXX and XXXX showing a balance of {$0.00}. I also have the results of the dispute I filed with XXXX XX/XX/XXXX with results reporting : " We have researched the credit account. Account # - XXXX The results are : THIS CREDITOR HAS VERIFIED TO OUR COMPANY THAT THE CURRENT STATUS IS BEING REPORTED CORRECTLY.
