on XX/XX/21 at about XXXX, I used my visa prepaid card to purchase {$25.00} of gas at XXXX XXXX gas station, but only received about {$14.00} worth of gas, I asked XXXX XXXX staff member for the difference back, and she said the difference ( {$10.00} ) will go back onto my card, but it did not. On about XX/XX/21 I called Blackhawk Network who manages the prepaid Visa gift card and told them the issue. On XX/XX/21 I submitted an overcharged dispute form to Blackhawk Network via email and other supporting documentation. They are currently repeatedly asking for the same supporting documentation or they will close my claim soon.
