My card was stolen in 2018. The thief withdrew and spent nearly {$1500.00}. Bank of America has footage of the theif withdrawing my funds at their atm but stated because the atm is one that I used before they will not process my claim. This is negligence considering it is more likely my card would have been stolen in an area near where I lived or I frequent so stating that the thief used an atm in an area I also used an atm at is is not a substantial reason to refuse to process my claim. Especially since they confirmed the person on camera at the atm withdrawing funds was not me
