On XX/XX/2021, I opened a Citibank checking account. They had a bonus offer of {$700.00} if you deposit $ XXXX. So, I deposited {$50000.00} in the checking. After few days, they blocked and closed my checking account anymore. I contacted customer service several times. Nobody knew what's going on kept diverting my call to XXXX where they cant understand my issue. They keep saying same thing again and again ok, Yeah, I understand Until now they have not returned my money back. It's my hard money saved for a long time and CITIBANK has stolen my money. Please help me get my money back. It has caused mental and physical agony. If this is not resolved, will definitely go to new media and bring to nation 's attention. this is FORGERY, FRAUD, MANIPULATION BY CITIBANK. They should be held accountable for their fraudulent practices
