Please help. I completed a cfpb dispute against XXXX XXXX as they are misreporting current 120-day delinquencies on my past mortgage from XXXX which is dropping my scores 80+ points. XXXX XXXX cfpb response states that the loan was transferred to JP Morgan Chase as of XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX and closed my dispute without fixing the reporting issue. JP Morgan Chase is not reporting to my credit report however since XXXX XXXX is saying they manage this account I guess I need to dispute this now through JPMorgan Chase.
