so there is a closed complaint XXXX that is on my file so the updates that made me submit new complaint, that im attaching three pictures where you can see citi bank posted my credit score equal to XXXX on their web site and discover credit card posted my credit score to XXXX on their web site where credit karma showed my credit score went down 4 point on XXXX data and XXXX went down five scores which mean what citi bank said they post something on their website and post contradiction to it to the creditors so please look at the attached screen shots and if i ignore this ugly practice, they will keep going. its like my credit score is getting lower for the creditors while two of my credit cards showing way higher and improvement on their website, because they post something on their website and to they post the opposite to the creditors something as long balance and complaints beliving the creditors will take what they report not what cfpb direct them to post. so yes Citibank and discover behind this mess especially the Citibank that directly told me that creditors take what they say not what cfpb dispute, yet XXXX XXXX post on their site credit karma scores so its like my credit score is low because of such game and the leader is citi bank
