Consumer Narrative
Everyday 3-5 times a day from XXXX XXXX XX/XX/ 2020. I had to change my phone number it got so bad. They called friends and family members talking about the money I owed. I lost my job due to an injury and informed them that I would f be able to make the payment, so instead of trying to work with me, the repeated to call me, family and friends several times a day. To the point, where they had to block their number ( s ). They called from several different numbers every time. So it was usually one of the employees cell phones. I was cussed out the last time I spoke to them.
