I want to lodge a complaint with JP Morgan Chase in regards to resolution of a fraud claim. I had my credit card information stolen and used by an unknown person on XX/XX/2021. I received alerts through my mobile chase app that there were 3 separate charges made to XXXX for {$100.00} each, totalling {$300.00}. I immediately locked my card and called Chase to resolve the issue. As I was on the phone with Chase, I was receiving email alerts that my card was still trying to be used but it was blocked since I locked it. I reported the three tranactions as fraud. After Chase 's fraud review, they determined that I am still liable for these charges. I provided a transaction history for my XXXX account to show all orders on my account from XX/XX/2021 until XX/XX/2021. All orders totaled about {$120.00} and were able to be connected to other transactions on the card which I said were fine. The bottom line is I used the bank 's alert system to personally monitor my card and transactions, I found instances of unauthorized transactions, I locked my card to prevent further transactions, I reported the fraud to Chase within 20 minutes of discovering the fraud to order a new card, the fraudster continued to try to use my card and Chase provided email alerts that the transactions were blocked, but they will not refund me for the {$300.00} and are holding me responsible.
