On Q Financial has reported us XXXX days late on our mortgage. We have resumed payments after our forbearance back in XX/XX/2021 and have not missed a payment since. This has negatively impacted our credit. We are XXXX scores and are dropped down to the XXXX. Secondly we are still waiting for a final statement from XXXX XXXX regarding the closure of our forebearance as well as an updated and corrected balance. On XXXX puts us through massive phone trees when we call in and when we leave messages for higher ups we never receive a phone call back.
