I filed a dispute for unauthorized transactions on XX/XX/2021. The amount was XXXX that dispute was denied twice. And they have video of transactions being committed by some one else. I have tried to resolve the issue with the bank. But they denied me. ( Bank Of America ) i have sent them the police report and identity verification.
