I have had a checking account at Bank of America for about a year. I have not been able to transfer money through ACH to or from this BofA account using the BofA web site to one of my other accounts, a XXXX XXXX checking account at Customers bank. I have called both banks. They each say the problem is on the other bank 's side. I believe the issue is with BofA, however, since I can transfer money using the T-mobile money web site, but not using the BofA web site. From what I have gathered, it appears that BofA has blacklisted the routing number for XXXX XXXX, which is XXXX, in their online system. No disclosure is made of this blacklisting in any of the BofA disclosures for the account. I believe I should be able to use ACH to any of my external accounts, including XXXX XXXX.
