My loan transferred from XXXX to Chase. Starting XX/XX/2021 Chase mortgage start to charge flood insurance premium {$1300.00} annually. But I do not need to get a flood insurance. I shared FEMA documents that I got from XXXX team who used to take care my loan service. But Chase team didn't approved the document and got flood insurance and start to charge it.
