I am writing you in regards to an account that I have been trying to get information to validate that I am responsible for this account with portfolio Recovery. I sent my first request to them on XX/XX/2121. They have not yet sent the information I requested. I sent a request to cease and desist reporting this invalidated information to the three major credit unions on the XXXX of XXXX. They have failed to respond with the information I requested from them and have not removed these negative marks from my credit reports. They have denied me the right to investigate the accusation that I am legally liable for this debt. I have enclosed a copy of my original request. I thank you very much for your time and assistance.
